The smallest town in Florida is also the best kept secret. This little town known as Lazy Lake has no traffic lights, no website, no town hall, no gas station, and only one road that they proudly call their own. The 35 residents who make up this small community say they like it this way. There are approximately 15 homes that are built around the town’s 3.5 acre lake. The residents have stated numerous times they do not plan on joining Wilton Manors, their much larger neighbor metropolis. The little secret location bordered by Andrews Avenue on the west and Northeast First Avenue on the east, Northeast 21st Court on the south and Northeast 24th street on the north. This little town is truly remarkable.
