Pembroke Park

Incorporated on December 10, 1957 Pembroke Park was established, formerly known as Holly Hill or Hollywood Ridge Farms, located in southwestern Broward County. The town is 1.6 square miles and of that is sixth-tenth of a mile is lakes. What were previously nurseries, quarries and mobile homes, now are the aesthetically pleasing rock quarries and lakes that increase the appearance of Pembroke Park. The precise location has fascinated contemporary warehouses and business developments for its industrial areas. The city officials have stated “Improved human and social services are objectives the Town will continue to meet for year 2013 and beyond.”
