Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach is a city in Broward County, Florida that is just north of Fort Lauderdale and sits on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. As of 2010, the census indicates that the population in the city was 99,845, which has since increased to 102,984 as of 2012. Pompano Beach is known for its beaches, marinas, and offshore coral reef which is great for diving along with the numerous shipwrecks that can be found in the area.

Pompano Beach is currently in the center of a redevelopment process to refresh its ignored seaside and ancient town center. The town has also been detailed as one of the top areas, being presented in CNN, Money and the Walls Road Publication as one of the nation’s top getaway marketplaces. Pompano Beach Airpark, situated within the town, is the property of the Goodyear Blimp Soul of Advancement.
